Who are you?
RADIATE REST AND SAFETY
As a referee at Footy, you and the coordinator(s) form the face of Footy for that game night. At Footy, fun is paramount, but safety must be guaranteed.
Referees usually are experienced, but it is not a requirement. More importantly, you know the rules of Footy well and have the same mind set as the players, who come from work to have a nice game of football.
